JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for supervising a comprehensive compliance program and ensuring the continued integrity of company operations in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, gaming rules, regulations, internal controls, and policies & procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for Company Title 31/BSA program compliance and training. Ensure all team members are properly licensed in accordance with local gaming regulations, including all renewals. Maintain state licensing requirements for gaming properties with local government enforcement agencies, including, but not limited to, the NH Liquor Commission, the NH Lottery Commission, and the NH Department of Business and Economic Affairs as well as other local and state agencies, as applicable. Ensure all team members are trained in compliance with gaming internal controls and SOPs. Maintain accurate and detailed records of regulatory correspondence, compliance, audits, investigations, and related filings from all state and federal regulatory bodies. Recommend improvement of management controls designed to safeguard company resources, promote company growth, and ensure compliance with audits, investigations, and related filings from all state and federal regulatory bodies. Review and follow up of audit reports, internal, external, and regulatory to ensure recommendations for improvement have been addressed and implemented. Coordinate and ensure that all regulatory filings are completed and submitted on time as required. Serves as property liaison with New Hampshire governing bodies and other regulatory and government agencies. Calendar and track all departmental regulatory responses/internal audits with various departments. Investigate and submit required reports according to the New Hampshire Lottery Commission regulations. Develop and audit current internal control systems to prevent violations of NHLC gaming standards and the company’s internal policies. Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Four (4) year degree preferred. Minimum five (5) years gaming experience Three (3) to five (5) years Compliance or Auditing supervisory experience. Possess a thorough understanding of established company, departmental policies, and procedures. Knowledge of and experience with Title 31 Must be at least 21 years old. Must be able to clearly and appropriately communicate, both verbally and in writing to team members, vendors and guests in the most professional way Must possess sound judgement, good organizational skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. Must appreciate and maintain confidential information. Ability to successfully fulfill and maintain licensing requirements. Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
