Full-time About Us We are a leading digital advertising agency and a Certified Provider with multiple automotive manufacturers, managing Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 campaigns. Our work requires strict compliance with OEM data standards, accurate reporting, and seamless lead processing across platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta. We are looking for a Project Director – Data Compliance & Software Solutions to oversee the development of internal data processing tools, manage our internal and external development teams, and ensure that all reporting to OEMs is accurate and compliant. This role is critical in driving efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring our agency’s reputation for high-quality work. Role Overview The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development project management, data governance, and digital marketing analytics. You will lead the development of internal tools, ensure proper campaign tagging and data processing, and proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies before they reach OEMs.

Key Responsibilities Project Management & Development Leadership:

Lead and oversee software development projects that automate data formatting, reporting, and error detection. Manage internal developers and coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring project milestones are met. Define software requirements that align with OEM reporting needs and internal workflow improvements. Establish best practices for development, testing, and deployment of internal data tools. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)

Digital Program Data Compliance & Integrity:

Serve as the main point of contact for OEMs regarding data reporting requirements and compliance. Ensure all certified vendor advertising is correctly tagged, formatted, and submitted according to OEM specifications. Develop and implement proactive data validation systems to identify and correct errors before submission. Oversee lead tracking and data appending processes to ensure accurate delivery to OEMs and/or dealerships.

Process Improvement & Quality Control:

Continuously refine internal workflows for data collection, validation, and reporting. Implement automation to reduce manual data handling errors. Train internal teams on proper tagging, data processing, and compliance protocols. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in project management within software development. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics , and digital marketing data. Experience working with OEM data compliance and reporting structures. Familiarity with API integrations, automation, and data validation techniques . Proven ability to manage software development projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data accuracy. Experience with SQL, Python, or data processing tools . PMP certification or similar project management training is a plus.
