Pathology Physician. Job in Audubon Gr8Jobs Position Available In Camden, New Jersey

We have an immediate opening for a part time, Contract Pathologist acting as the Primary CLIA Director! The part time 1099 Contract Pathologist is responsible for ensuring donor suitability, product integrity, and the continued good health of donors through compliance with FDA regulations and our Donor Center SOPs. This role does not provide patient care. This is not a patient facing role. The primary duties are verifying the quality of work performed by nurses. The nurses perform physicals to ensure donors are suited to donate their plasma for over 14 lifesaving medicine made by Octapharma AG in Europe. Ensure Octapharma is in compliance with CLIA and COLA standards. Training includes reading SOPs and working alongside one of our experienced Pathologists / Doctors. The position requires just 4 hours per week during training. OT is provided for any work done after the required 4 hours but is not a requirement for this position. Coaching and mentoring the medical staff. Octapharma maintains a backup CLIA Director for planned vacations and illness for the primarily CLIA Director. This is onsite position.
