Location:

Hybrid (NY-based Health Plan) Join a mission-driven team as the Director of Regulatory Affairs for a leading Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) organization. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee compliance with CMS, DOH, OIG, and OMIG regulations, ensuring organizational readiness and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee regulatory filings, compliance activities, and internal policy development. Manage contracts, agreements, and amendments to align with regulatory standards. Guide responses to audits, surveys, and inquiries from regulators and partners. Lead fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) investigations and Special Investigations Unit (SIU) initiatives. Supervise and develop compliance staff, and collaborate across departments to ensure audit preparedness.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) required. Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare compliance, managed care, or health law. Strong knowledge of CMS, DOH, OIG, and OMIG regulations. Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
