You will be a part of a team that implements processes, reviews policies and increases awareness of compliance education. Corporate Compliance Manager
- Education The Compliance Manager is responsible for monitoring compliance with laws and regulations both at the federal and state levels for the System Hospital(s) with reporting lines to the Director of Corporate Compliance & Governance.
In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of hospital-wide, annual compliance and privacy education training plan and ongoing initiatives. In addition, you’ll direct the maintenance and execution of a standardized compliance and privacy education program, for adherence to internal policies and procedures, impacting all members of the workforce. This is a full time position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan and the ability for 1 day remote. Preferred Criteria Master’s Degree Required Criteria Bachelor’s Degree Five to seven years’ experience relating to Compliance and Privacy with a thorough understanding of compliance and privacy regulation Possess the sensitivity to, and understanding of, the values and goals of all the various people that make up an organization High level of written and oral communications skills Knowledge of and ability to identify best practices

Salary Range:
$127,000
