Data Compliance Manager 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Manhattan, NY • Hybrid work Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. We have partnered with a company that plays a vital role in supporting U.S. Government contracts and protecting sensitive data. They are seeking a Data Governance Manager to lead enterprise-wide governance initiatives and ensure compliance with federal regulations related to
FCI, CUI
, and other regulated data. This is a remote position. Responsibilities Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures. Maintain inventory and controls for sensitive and regulated data. Train staff on data protection best practices. Ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, ITAR, and EAR. Lead audits, assessments, and certification efforts (e.g., JCP, CMMC).
Requirements:
3+ years in data governance, data protection, or compliance. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Familiarity with federal data security regulations. Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred:
Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCP, or CCA). CTS offers a comprehensive benefit packet to eligible employees.
