Compliance Manager – Gaming Industry (Central PA) We arepartnering with a leading gaming client in Central Pennsylvania tohire a Compliance Manager who will play a key role in launching abrand-new compliance function at a new gaming establishment. Thisis a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on compliance professionalwith deep knowledge of PA gaming regulations to build systems andculture from the ground up.
Highlights Salary:
$95,000-$97,000
Relocation Package Eligible Schedule:
Monday-Friday, ~40-45hours/week, with limited on-call needs

CentralPennsylvania – relocation assistance provided Full Benefit PackageWhat You’ll Do As the Compliance Manager, you’ll report directly tothe Director of Finance and oversee one clerk. You’ll beresponsible for: Designing and implementing the entire complianceframework, including training, policies, and internal proceduresEnsuring compliance with all federal and state gaming laws,including Title 31 (BSA) and AML regulations Conducting audits,monitoring operations for fairness and integrity, and filing CTRsand SARs Leading investigations into non-compliance, fraud, andsuspicious activities Acting as a liaison with the PennsylvaniaGaming Control Board and other regulatory agencies Promoting aculture of ethical conduct and compliance across the organization
What We’re Looking For Experience:
2-3 years in acompliance-focused role within gaming or a similarly regulatedindustry Expertise in PA Gaming Regulations Strong writing anddocumentation skills
Leadership:
Ability to manage a department andcollaborate cross-functionally without silos
Education:
Bachelor’sin Business, Criminal Justice, Finance, or related field preferredMust meet licensing requirements (multiple licenses required forthis role) Bonus Points For 5-7 years of gaming operationsexperience, even if not at a director level (e.g., Shift Managerswith strong regulatory knowledge) Experience working inenvironments that report to a Board or non-traditional orgstructure Why This Role?
