  • Manage FNACcompliance program in line with industry best practices andregulations.
  • Collaborate with FNAC Divisions’ Compliance Officersto implement and execute all HLUS Compliance initiatives.
  • Conductcompliance policy and procedure assessment, and support/develop newor updated polices, procedure or systems to address new risk areasor to improve operations and/or internal controls.
  • Conductcompliance risk analyses, identifying potential areas ofvulnerability and risk, develop and implement action plans tomitigate potential risks, and follow up on status andeffectiveness.
  • Assist in identifying compliance training needs,develop and deliver training to employees to ensure awareness,understanding, and compliance with policies and all rules andregulations. Provide in-person training when required.
  • Activelysupport internal auditing and monitoring activities for policycompliance. Track corrective and preventive action plans associatedwith previous audit findings and manage internal and externalcorrective action plans.
  • Keep abreast of new legislation andenforcement matters affecting global FNAC operations, as well asindustry and compliance best practices.
  • Promote reporting ofcompliance concerns (including use of the compliance reportingsystems when appropriate) and generally serve as the FNAC advocatefor the establishment of a culture of compliance and sound ethicalbehavior.
  • Conduct and oversee misconduct investigations andsynthesizing fact patterns, developing and executing testingprocedures, reviewing data for patterns and anomalies, conductingelectronic reviews of information, developing questions for,conducting, and summarizing interviews with identified parties.
  • Develop reports and other materials for FNAC and HLUS management onincidents, emerging compliance challenges, general complianceactivities, and communicate the results of investigations,including control deficiencies or weaknesses, fraud matters, rootcauses, and recommendations, to various stakeholders and audiences.
  • Ensure third-party intermediaries are subject to proper duediligence and comply with the Anti-Corruption and Due DiligenceProcedure. Oversee annual compliance certifications.
  • Assist withpre-acquisition due diligence of new businesses and help developintegration plan in relation to matters of corporate compliance.
  • Develop internal communication and compliance campaigns to raiseawareness to relevant topics.
  • May travel to support face-to-facemeetings.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of experience incorporate compliance role working within a manufacturing, B2B, orB2C environment.
  • Experience in conducting audits andinvestigations.
  • Possess the interpersonal skills required to dealwith multifunctional project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability toinfluence and communicate effectively (written and verbal) at alllevels.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. DesiredSkills
  • Juris Doctor
  • Strong project management skills, toinclude managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent projects, andreporting progress and risks to colleagues and senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and collaborate with management oncompliance issues, facilitating risk assessment, and developingpractical business solutions.
  • Ability to establish and maintainobjectivity while providing superior customer service.
  • Collaborative skills, as well as the ability to excel in a dynamic,fast-paced environment.
  • Ongoing demonstration of strong workethic, tenacity, and attention to detail, with appreciation for thebig picture.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
  • $140,000 – $150,000 depending on experience
