About the team The Complianceteam at Paxos plays a vital role in ensuring the company adheres toglobal regulatory standards across financial products and services.

This team tackles complex challenges such as AML, sanctions, andtransaction monitoring, all while ensuring a robust complianceframework in a rapidly evolving crypto and fintech landscape. Bysafeguarding Paxos against regulatory risks, the team is essentialin helping the company achieve its mission of creating a moretransparent and efficient financial ecosystem. About the role TheCompliance Operations Investigation Manager will lead the executionof core compliance objectives, including financial crimeinvestigations and regulatory reporting. In addition to operationalleadership, the Compliance Operations Investigation Manager willplay a key role in driving strategic compliance initiatives aimedat strengthening Paxos’ financial crime prevention framework. Thisincludes contributing to the design and execution of long-termcompliance strategies, enhancing investigative processes throughautomation and analytics, and ensuring the program evolves in stepwith regulatory expectations and business innovation. What you’lldo Oversee implementation of operational objectives of theCompliance Investigations program Scale the compliance operationsinvestigations team to support business growth in line withsustainable risk management and compliance support Manage anddevelop key metrics to determine the health of the complianceinvestigations program Oversee end-to-end investigations on a rangeof cases triggered from KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, transactionmonitoring and blockchain analytics. Lead a high-performing teamwhile fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning,and professional growth within Compliance Operations Evaluateongoing technology utilized in the investigations process includingbut not limited to automation Be a senior member of the ComplianceOperations team where you help to guide and provide support to theother operations workstreams About you 6 years of experience inTransaction Monitoring and Investigations operations processesincluding hands on experience executing investigations and draftingsuspicious activity reports, 4 years of financial crime complianceteam management experience A fundamental understanding of AML, KYCand Sanctions regulations Strong writing capabilities wheredeliverables are to be reviewed by regulators, auditors and lawenforcementExperience managing operational data sets includingreporting KPIs/KRIs to leadership Excellent stakeholder managementand communication skills, with the ability to workcross-functionally.

Ability to develop and implement processimprovements based on business initiatives and compliance insights.

Pay and benefits Paxos offers a competitive total compensation andbenefits package, including equity and bonuses based on both yourindividual performance and company performance. Eligibility forbonuses is dependent on job level, and actual salary within therange depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications.

Expected range for the base salary component for candidates locatedwithin the United States is: $150,400—$176,942 USD
