Ping Identity is seeking an experienced and talentedPrivacy Manager to join its Legal Team. In this role, you will helpdrive compliance with evolving privacy and AI regulations andsupport the operationalization of privacy and AI governanceframeworks. You will work closely with internal stakeholders acrosslegal, security, product, and compliance teams to help shape andenhance Ping Identity’s privacy and AI governance programs. We are looking for a business-minded, detail oriented, andsolutions-driven professional who thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment. The role reports to the Senior Director, AssistantGeneral Counsel.

You will:

Monitor and track emerging globalprivacy and AI regulations, supporting compliance efforts andproviding updates to key stakeholders. Assist in responding toprivacy-related inquiries from customers and internal teams,including contractual obligations, data protection requirements,and AI governance provisions. Conduct and support privacy and AIrisk assessments, identifying potential compliance risks andrecommending mitigation strategies. Support cross-functionalinitiatives to operationalize AI risk mitigation and ensure theresponsible development, deployment, and use of AI across theorganization.

You have:

3 years of experience in privacy,compliance, or risk management (preferably in a technology or SaaScompany). Working knowledge of global privacy laws and frameworks(e.g., GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act) and their business impact. Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assessprivacy and AI risks and support mitigation strategies. Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills, with the abilityto translate complex regulatory concepts into practical businessadvice. Ability to work independently and manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points if you have:

ACIPP/US, CIPP/E or AIGP certification. Strong transactional skillsand experience negotiating, drafting, analyzing, and interpreting awide range of contracts (e.g., SaaS, IP, and data licensing).

Salary Range:

$100,000 – $120,000 In accordance with Colorado’sEqual Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximatecompensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Finalcompensation for this role will be determined by various factors,such as knowledge, skills, and abilities. Life at
