JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Compliance Manager oversees the supplier compliance registration process, creates supplier records in Greystar systems, and manages customer service inquiries for the supplier compliance program.

Essential Responsibilities:
Supplier Onboarding:

Manage supplier onboarding requests within 24 hours and progress each request daily until complete.

Customer Service:

Provide professional, courteous, and respectful responses to program users.

Training:

Train new program users on key aspects of supplier compliance and guide them through the supplier onboarding process and expectations. Raise escalations and improvement opportunities as needed to drive operational excellence. Maintains positive relationships with program stakeholders, key partners and Avetta vendor. Key partners are regional leaders, accounting and our internal system development team. Build upon process documentation to train Greystar India support team members on transactional process flows and identify areas for efficiency. Create reports to monitor supplier onboarding turnaround times to drive efficiency, program user satisfaction, and a strong partnership with our internal and external partners. Skills Excellent communication skills to partner well with global team members. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail on data and process. Strong Excel skills to manage high volume onboarding and create reports with intermediate skills to include pivot tables and support data enrichment exercises. Strong process documentation and ability to train other team members on processes. Prioritizes daily responsibilities independently and manages time well. Adapts to change and is flexible to changing requirements due to a new system and vendor.

Nice to haves:

Previous experience updating and maintaining supplier records. Previous experience with Avetta vendor and platform for supplier compliance. Previous experience with Oracle or Yardi to complete supplier setups for invoicing.

Location:

Open to remote candidates with preference for candidates who can work from our Charleston, South Carolina office.

Schedule:

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time #LI-BB1

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

Corporate Positions:

 In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions:

 In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
