Position Overview:

The Quality Control Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the quality and consistency of residential electrical installations, ensuring all work meets company standards, customer expectations, and applicable codes. This role combines field supervision, inspection, troubleshooting, and hands-on support to maintain excellence across all residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and apply blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical codes Perform inspections of ongoing and completed work to ensure code compliance and quality standards Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve field issues as needed Use diagnostic tools including amp meters, voltmeters, and cable testers Install and inspect wiring, electrical components, lighting, panels, and fixtures Supervise and support electricians and field crews as needed Ensure safety procedures and building regulations are consistently followed Document work completed, materials used, and inspection findings Communicate clearly with field teams and project managers Support timely and efficient completion of residential work orders

Qualifications:

3+ years of electrical field experience (residential preferred) Proven experience in a supervisory or quality control role is a strong plus Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical expertise Strong attention to detail and safety focus Effective communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb ladders and access tight or elevated spaces Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance Physically capable of navigating active construction and residential job sites
