• for all mid-level and senior providers, ensuring they are

• Key Responsibilities

Manages Provider Credentialing & Compliance:

• Oversees the credentialing and re-credentialing process, ensuring timely completion, compliance with regulatory requirements, and investigation of discrepancies. +

• Maintains Credentialing Records & Database:

• Organizes and updates credentialing files while monitoring provider document expirations and generating monthly reports for all facilities. +

• Ensures Regulatory & Licensure Compliance:

• Maintains compliance with state medical boards, DEA, and other regulatory agencies, overseeing licensure requirements for provider onboarding and market expansions. +

• Streamlines Credentialing Processes:

• Leads initiatives to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce approval times for provider licensure and credentialing. +

• Conducts Audits & Investigations:

• Performs credentialing file audits, identifies adverse findings, and provides recommendations to ensure informed decision-making by review bodies.
• Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. +

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

• Experience:

Required:

Three (3) years’ experience in provider credentialing, licensing or medical staff services. +

Required:

Proficient in Microsoft office. +

Preferred:

Supervisory experience.
