Growth Key Responsibilities:

The duties of this position include managerial and administrative oversight associated with all areas of program operations, contract compliance, accreditation, and adherence to regulatory guidelines. The Corporate Compliance Manager is responsible for assigned risk management and quality assurance functions ensuring adherence to mandated guidelines and best practices as it relates to program operations, outcomes, facility policies and procedures, contracts, accreditation standards and company expectations. Ensures adherence to system wide standards and regulatory guidelines through implementation of established risk management systems, fidelity and compliance processes and continuous quality improvement per established guidelines. Responsible for analytics, quality assurance / performance improvement planning, technical assistance, site based monitoring and corrective action planning based upon guidelines and / or identified need(s). Maintains effective and ongoing communication, support and technical assistance to facility administrator(s), department managers and assigned corporate leadership. Serves as liaison with external professionals as indicated, provides oversight and coordination of internal and external review, monitoring, licensure and accreditation activities for assigned sites. Serves as System Administrator for Kaleida Care as applicable. Responsible for coordination, verification, and data entry, as needed as well as tracking of data and ensuring timeliness of entry into Kaleida Care systems. Ongoing review and monitoring of required policies, regulatory guidelines, and accreditation standards, ensuring that the assigned program is current with operational guidelines and adheres to requirements of all governing bodies. Works actively with state, program, and corporate leadership to develop and / or update monitoring and reporting tools to ensure evaluator practices remain relevant and in accordance with contract requirements, accreditation standards and regulatory guidelines. Works as a team player demonstrating professionalism and promoting both a highly productive and positive work environment. Participates in developing professional knowledge and skills.

Other Duties Include:

Maintains attendance and punctuality. Supports the organization in a favorable manner upholding public image. Report any acts, incidents or conditions that reflect the possibility of inappropriate youth-to-youth or staff-to-youth relationships. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. At least 5 years of direct residential experience required with well-rounded interdisciplinary knowledge and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

Experience :

Five years’ experience working with youth.

Skills:

– Requires a sound understanding of regulatory requirements, licensing and accreditation standards, program operations, group dynamics, EBP’s, crisis intervention, management behavior theory, delinquent youth problems, and alcohol and drug addiction disease theory. Requires certification in First Aid and CPR. Requires strong verbal, written, planning, and counseling skills. Ability to make decisions, problem solve and action plans for addressing identified issues, devising new methods, or adapting standard principles or practices to new or changed conditions. Requires discretion, self-direction and sound judgment and decision making.

Physical Demands:

Must be in good physical health and emotionally stable. Must have the ability to work independently. Position requires frequent travel.

Other :

Must maintain an appropriate and valid state driver’s license. Must meet state criminal background check requirements.
