Ensure that a company-wide regulatory complianceprogram is ongoing in accordance with company policies, standardsof clinical care that meet state/federal regulations to promoteexcellence in care and quality of life for each resident. Provideoversight and guidance to staff in all facilities which includesteaching, training, and application of compliance skills necessaryto enhance our resident care and outcomes. How you Will make adifference Ensure that all employment practices are administeredfairly and without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexualorientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status,amnesty, or veteran status in accordance with applicable federal,state and local laws. Schedule company-wide Quality Performancesurveys based on program requirements with segment teams. Analyzetoolbox data, including facilities past performance surveys andquality indicator reports. Train facilities, peers, as well assegment team members regarding the Quality Performance surveyprocess. Participate in the Quality Performance survey process andconduct independent surveys, as requested or required. Contributeand participate in each exit for the Quality Performance surveyprocess and assist the survey team/team leader in compilingstreamlined report. Assist each facility’s clinical specialist informulating a plan of correction based on survey results, asrequested. Proactively act as a liaison between the compliance,operational clinical division, as well as each facility and HomeOffice. What you Need to make a Difference Must be a RegisteredNurse Must have held a DON or Regional Nurse of Regulatory in LTCenvironment Must have 3 years of recent knowledge of regulatorycompliance programs
