- Duties & Responsibilities
- Under limited supervision, complete routine operations related to investor services functions, specifically related to anti-money laundering (AML) processes, for multiple alternative investment clients and funds.
+ Perform all duties of the Investor Services AML Analyst I. + Assist in training new associates. + Assist in reviewing the work of Investor Services AML Analyst I associates for accuracy and completeness. + Understand and review the policies and procedures of AI. + Understand the AML requirements as applicable to both domestic and offshore funds. + Assist with onboarding new clients including review of subscription document for AML Compliance. + Understand the AI system flow throughs and assist with enhancements. + Knowledge of how to improve the various systems specific to the job function. + Knowledge of tax form review and validation processes. + Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM:
+ Demonstrate high degree of accuracy. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Demonstrate ability to work under extreme deadlines. + Good analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Demonstrate initiative, both independently and within a team. + Ability to communicate information carefully to manage client and investor relationships. + Moderate Microsoft Office skills. Demonstrate aptitude and experience with AltPro. + Self-starter able to perform in deadline driven environment. Demonstrate good work habits and attendance and follow policies and procedures. Ability to read, examine, and organize documents.
PREFERRED
+ Knowledge of BSA and the US Patriot Act + Knowledge of IRS Form W-9, W-8 and CRS certifications.
- Requirements
- _MINIMUM_ _:_ + Associate degree or two years of post-high school education.
High school diploma or equivalent and directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of an associate degree or two years of post-high school education. + One year of clerical experience in a financial services environment. _
PREFERRED
_ _:_ + One year and six months of clerical experience in a financial services environment.

Compensation Range:
- $38,910.
