Functional Consultant Position Available In Naugatuck Valley Planning Region, Connecticut

Akkodis is seeking a Functional Consultant for a Contract job with a client in Waterbury, CT(Hybrid) . Responsibilities include executing EMEA regulatory obligations accurately and partnering with internal and external teams to analyze and implement reporting requirements.

Rate Range:

$49/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Functional Consultant job responsibilities include:

Lead and execute regulatory reporting obligations across EMEA, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Collaborate with Technology, Finance, and external vendors to gather and analyze regulatory requirements for ongoing and new initiatives. Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, business requirements, and project plans. Monitor and respond to changes in the regulatory environment, assessing impacts on reporting processes. Review new business initiatives and policies to evaluate their effect on regulatory reporting. Support automation and reengineering efforts to improve reporting efficiency and participate in ad hoc data analysis projects.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial operations, or a similar function. Proven ability to manage regulatory reporting processes across EMEA, including policy development and compliance tracking. Pay Details:
