Position Summary:

This role involves ensuring operations adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Compliance Coordinator uses CRM systems and data analytics to monitor compliance activities, identify potential risks, and support the development of effective compliance strategies. The Compliance Coordinator develops and maintains systems for tracking compliance, conducts regular internal audits, and works closely with leadership to implement corrective actions, ensuring all programs operate within legal, regulatory, and contractual guidelines.

Responsibilities:
CRM Management & Compliance Monitoring:

Serve as a primary administrator or power user for our CRM system Apricot to track, monitor, and report on compliance-related activities, interactions, and data. Develop and implement CRM workflows, reports, and dashboards to support compliance initiatives and ensure data integrity. Monitor CRM data for patterns or anomalies that may indicate compliance risks or deviations from policy. Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation within the CRM for audit purposes.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including CRM, internal databases, and external platforms, to identify compliance trends, risks, and areas for improvement. Maintain key compliance metrics and performance indicators (KPIs). Generate regular and ad-hoc compliance reports and presentations for management, highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations. Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to present complex data in an understandable format.

Compliance Program Support:

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and training materials. Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and data. Research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Collaborate with various departments (e.g., ,Compliance and Programs) to ensure company-wide adherence to compliance standards. Assist in risk assessments and the development of mitigation strategies. Respond to compliance inquiries and provide guidance to employees.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate compliance processes, particularly those involving data collection and reporting. Propose and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance monitoring.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in the social sciences, business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of experience working with young adults in a non-mandated program in a community-based setting. Job development and placement experience required. Excellent communication skills and ability to present programs and trainees persuasively. Ability to establish rapport and relate sensitively to a multiracial and multicultural group of young people. Experience planning and conducting training sessions or workshops. High energy and motivation to help young people succeed. Bilingual skills (Haitian Creole-English) are a plus. Able to work a flexible work week, which may include nights and weekends.
