US Senior Compliance Analyst Overview:
We’re seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our InformationSecurity team, reporting to the GRC Manager. This role plays acritical part in driving IT governance, regulatory compliance, andrisk management across the enterprise. You’ll manage andoperationalize key compliance initiatives, assess control frameworkmaturity, and support audits related to standards such as SOC 1Type 2, MAR, NY DFS 500, HIPAA, and CCPA.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support enterprise complianceprograms, audits, and assessments Evaluate IT controls and frameworks (e.g., NIST, COBIT, CISCSC) Maintain GRC tools and ensure continuous improvement of complianceprocesses Perform gap analyses, internal risk assessments, and documentremediation plans Collaborate with control owners and business units to gatherevidence and validate controls Develop and maintain security policies, standards, andprocedures Support disaster recovery planning and governance activities Stay informed on evolving regulatory and security requirements Serve as a liaison for third-party risk, contract security terms,and audit engagements
Qualifications:
5+ years in IT compliance, audit, orcybersecurity Deep understanding of regulatory mandates (e.g., HIPAA, GLBA, CCPA,MAR) Experience working with auditors and leading IT audits Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills Ability to translate technical risks for non-technicalstakeholders Self-starter with a solution-focused mindset
