About the Role
A Compliance Analyst ensures that ananization ads to regulatory requirements and internal policies. They monitor business operations, conduct audits, assess risk, and implementpliance programs to prevent violations. This role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with departments to maintain ethical and legal standards
Key Responsibilities:
Perform functions relating to Personal Account Dealing, Code of Ethics, and Employee Compliance Attestations for the Americas region.
Review and approve personal employee trading accounts ensuring all requisite documentation is received and maintained.
Perform conflict check analysis on employee personal trade requests.
Maintain a working knowledge of all Employee Compliance, Related Policies and Key Operating Procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Work experience in Compliance preferred.
An interest in financial markets and a willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal andmunication skills.
Ability to identify, escalate andmunicate issues to management.
Ability to multi-task on several different assignments/projects,meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge in Finance/Compliance
Strong attention to detail, time management, andmunication skills.

Pay Details:
$35.71 per hour
