• , •Join Our Team as a Compliance Analyst – Jacksonville, FL•About the Role•A Compliance Analyst ensures that an organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

They monitor business operations, conduct audits, assess risk, and implement compliance programs to prevent violations. This role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with departments to maintain ethical and legal standards

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Perform functions relating to Personal Account Dealing, Code of Ethics, and Employee Compliance Attestations for the Americas region.

+ Review and approve personal employee trading accounts ensuring all requisite documentation is received and maintained. + Perform conflict check analysis on employee personal trade requests. + Maintain a working knowledge of all Employee Compliance, Related Policies and Key Operating Procedures.

• What We’re Looking For
• + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + Work experience in Compliance preferred. + An interest in financial markets and a willingness to learn. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to identify, escalate and communicate issues to management. + Ability to multi-task on several different assignments/projects,meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
• Skills
• : + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Strong knowledge in Finance/Compliance + Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

• $35.
