Compliance Licensing Coordinator Pay Rate $14-$15.50/

HR Hours:

8:00am to 5:00pm This position will be using automated reports to determine iflogbooks and inspection forms for commercial motor vehicles arebeing completed timely and accurately. Creating reports showingcompliance and issues. Attending meetings to explain errors thatare being submitted and helping to resolve the problems. Some willview this as a predominantly clerical role. This is a new functionin the organization and the candidate will have some flexibility indesigning the workflow.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High School Graduate or equivalent.

Must have a minimum of three years demos ratable experience inMotor Vehicle registration and processes with legal documents andother state-required DMV documents. Individual must possess someknowledge of Motor Carrier Compliance procedures and policies. Mustdemonstrate good oral and written communication, along withpresentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicatewith internal and external points of contact regardless of theirstatus or position; and possess the capacity to express ideasclearly in the writing of assorted memos, letters, and reports.

Individual must also be organized with handling files andmaintaining documents, ability to follow tasks through tocompletion and detailed oriented.
