We are currently seeking a detail-driven and people-focused Staffing & Compliance Coordinator to support our growing network of stores by owning the end-to-end hiring funnel and critical pre-employment screenings. Position Summary This position is responsible for driving store-level hiring success by managing candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and compliance processes. The role ensures that each hire meets Checkmate’s standards—from application to CBC and MVR clearance—and supports a consistent pipeline of qualified applicants. Core Responsibilities Maintain and update store staffing need matrix and interview availability. Post and manage employment ads across various platforms in line with staffing demand. Review job applications for fit and eligibility based on Checkmate criteria. Conduct outreach to candidates to verify availability, interest, and alignment with store needs. Schedule in-store interviews per staffing windows and update shared store calendars accordingly. Run and review Criminal Background Checks (CBC) and Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) to ensure hiring compliance and insurability. Track and follow up on pending or failed screenings, escalating concerns as needed. Audit bad order logs to confirm proper store-level cancellation procedures. Monitor and manage the company hiring inbox; forward customer service inquiries to the appropriate store leadership. Support additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Management Team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with high-volume hiring and screening tools (e.g. InfoMart, MVR platforms). Highly organized and tech-savvy with strong communication and follow-through. Prior Domino’s or multi-unit retail/restaurant experience preferred.
