Job description Infosys is seeking a Risk and Compliance Business Analyst in Financial services Domain. As a Consultant, you will your technical proficiency to help develop enhance and maintain technology platforms for mitigating financial risks through the utilization of cutting-edge technology and data analytics. As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design, support development of high quality code and lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Candidate must be located withinmuting distance of Irving, TX / Tampa, FL / Jersey City, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience as an IT BA
• working on Risk andpliance Domain.
• Experience in Market Risk, Credit Risk, Ops risk, Basel 3, CCAR etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Atleast 7 years of experience in Market Risk, Credit Risk, Ops risk, Basel 3, CCAR etc.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL for data analysis, knowledge of data warehouse technologies to store risk data.
• Extensive experience in top US financialanization with Risk andpliance applications
• Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.
• Performplex programming functions, assistance, and technical advice including design architecture, configuration, writing, testing, and documentation toplex programming of client systems as assigned
• Strong written and verbalmunication skills
• Strong client-facing presentation andmunication skills
• Strong understanding ofmon software development practices
• Good Analytical skills
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Work with Business stakeholders to refine requirements
• Guiding clients through key design engagements
• Ability to plan,anize, review, implement associated project milestones topletion
• Gets involved in providing forms and forms workflow solution that’s best suited for clients
• Develop solutions and provide knowledge transition to the teams both at onsite and offshore.
