- Provides various reports, including safety trends. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
- Create reports and assist with presentations.
- Assist operational staff with the implementation of recommended safety measures.
- Conduct audits to ensure hazards are addressed and proper procedures, tools, and ppe are being used.
- Assist in implementing safety plans to improve health and safety in the workplace and monitor staff to ensure that they are being followed.
- Maintain documentation of the company’s safety procedures, accidents, and related events
- Assist with the completion of incident reports and provide recommendations to minimize risks and practice emergency drills.
- Assist in the Investigation of incidents involving injury or property damage to ensure reports are completed and updated as needed.
- Assist in Implementing company safety incentive programs.
- Coordinate site safety inspections for compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Administrative Office Experience Required
- Ensure information is accurately received and communicated to the various departments.
- Provide services and resources as needed.
- Perform other related tasks as required by management. Additional Skills & Qualifications
