Main responsibilities will include monitoring compliance activities, conduct audits, and respond to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits of rental car operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Respond promptly to compliance-related incidents, providing assistance and guidance as needed. Enforce company rules and regulations while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate findings to the management team. Monitor and review compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in compliance or a related field is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
