Full Job Description Description:

North Hampton Association Inc., a premier golf course community in Fernandina Beach, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator . This part-time role is responsible for monitoring, documenting, and enforcing compliance with the Association’s governing documents and Florida Statutes. The Compliance Administrator will conduct inspections using their vehicle of residential properties and common areas, coordinate with vendors, and support the daily operations of the Community Association Manager. Compliance software utilized to downloadable to cellular or tablet devices. This role is ideal for a professional who values community integrity, enjoys fieldwork, and excels in organization and customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Compliance & Inspection Perform scheduled inspections by driving through the community of all residential properties for compliance with the Association’s covenants, restrictions, and architectural standards. Document violations with detailed notes and time-stamped photographs. Coordinate with CAM to issue notices of violation, monitor compliance timelines, and prepare documentation for enforcement actions. Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure corrective action has been taken. 2. Common Area Oversight Inspect all common areas and amenities weekly to identify safety hazards, maintenance issues, or vendor deficiencies. Report findings with photos and recommendations to the Maintenance Committee Chair or Board Liaison. Coordinate with CAM and vendors for maintenance services, as needed. 3. Administrative Functions Maintain accurate records of violations, inspection logs, and work order statuses. Respond to resident inquiries and concerns within 24 hours via phone, email, or in person. Enter maintenance issues into the management software and track progress to resolution. Provide weekly open/closed work order summaries to the CAM. Support facility setup for meetings and assist with community communications, if needed. 4. General Support Serve as a secondary contact for residents, offering front-line customer service. Provide backup coverage for the Community Association Manager during absences or emergencies. Attend Board of Directors or Membership Meetings to assist CAM, when requested. Perform additional duties as assigned by the CAM.

Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience in HOA compliance, code enforcement, or community management preferred. Familiarity with Florida Homeowners Association statutes and regulations. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Professional demeanor with a customer service mindset. Ability to walk, drive, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and management software systems.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
Part-time:
