• Experience using OnBase system Client isseeking a Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes – ComplianceOfficer. This is a 4-month assignment Candidate responsibilities:
• Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of thecomplaints that are filed
• Read state statute and compare withcomplaints to analyze the issue
• Communicating with the public, sogood customer service skills are a MUST
• Advise complainant of theDivision’s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and forwhat reason
• Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate
• Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved bythe supervisor
• Close the case out by adding the appropriatecodes/activities/statues in Versa
• Document the actions in theOnBase system Only those lawfully authorized to work in thedesignated country associated with the position will be considered.
