Position Overview:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Compliance Operations Analyst to support our quarterly and annual compliance cycles. You will play a key role in maintaining our internal controls and ensuring we meet regulatory and audit readiness standards. This role is ideal for someone with a background in IT operations, internal audits, or compliance support, especially with a focus on documentation and procedural accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct User Access Reviews (UARs) across core systems and platforms, identifying discrepancies and managing remediation workflows

• Perform audit log reviews and support anomaly detection in collaboration with IT/security teams
• Maintain and update compliance documentation including control narratives, process flows, and evidence logs
• Coordinate directly with our audit partners (e.g., Deloitte) to supply required artifacts, explanations, and ongoing updates
• Track and support remediation activities to close out audit or compliance findings Collaborate cross-functionally with security, IT, and business units to ensure alignment with SOC 2, SOX, or other applicable frameworks Assist with tooling, templates, and process improvements to streamline the compliance review lifecycle

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in IT audit support, compliance operations, GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance), or related field Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as

SOC 2, ISO

27001, SOX, or similar Experience working with audit tools, ticketing systems (e.g., Jira), and access control platforms (e.g., Okta, Active Directory) Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage recurring workflows and deadlines with minimal supervision Preferred (Not Required): Experience interacting with external audit firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY) Exposure to automated compliance tools (e.g., Drata, Vanta, Tugboat Logic) Comfort reading basic logs or working alongside technical teams
