Role:

Client is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Medicare Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our organization’s claims processing and administrative services are fully compliant with Medicare regulations. You’ll act as the subject matter expert on Medicare compliance, collaborating across departments, conducting audits, managing reporting requirements, and supporting operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead implementation and oversight of Medicare compliance policies and procedures.
  • Serve as internal expert on CMS regulations; advise cross-functional teams on compliance execution.
  • Monitor changes in Medicare legislation and assess business impact; drive necessary policy changes.
  • Oversee timely and accurate federal/state filings and CMS reporting.
  • Conduct audits and compliance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with IT and Claims teams to optimize reporting processes within claims systems.
  • Support client onboarding/offboarding with focus on Medicare regulatory compliance.
  • Provide guidance and documentation during client and regulatory audits.
  • Develop and support corrective action plans based on audit findings.
  • Deliver training and updates on compliance-related topics to internal teams.
  • Communicate regulatory developments with key departments and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance) certification preferred or ability to obtain.
  • 2-3+ years of Medicare compliance experience, including CMS Section 111 and RRE knowledge.
  • TPA or insurance carrier experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote or office environment.
