You will be a Lab Operations Coordinator within the Integration, Test & Evaluation (IT&E) Organization, responsible for assisting the Lab Manager(s) with day-to-day monitoring, control, and support functions within an assigned lab or across multiple labs. Our team is dedicated to ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, Environmental Safety and Health standards, and lab operations protocols. What You Will Be Doing As a Lab Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day compliance with company policies and procedures, performing lab self-assessments, and supporting lab compliance audits. You will also be responsible for facility and equipment maintenance, managing assigned property, controlling lab access, and assigning workspace allocations to lab users. Additionally, you may be required to manage schedules and deadlines, coordinate work efforts with other departments or disciplines, and track/report lab performance metrics.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring day-to-day compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Performing lab self-assessments and supporting lab compliance audits
  • Maintaining facility and equipment, including services and repairs
  • Managing assigned property and controlling lab access
  • Assigning workspace allocations to lab users and monitoring lab user compliance training
  • Coordinating work efforts with other departments or disciplines
  • Tracking and reporting lab performance metrics
  • Supporting and resolving government audits, including DCMA audits and internal company compliance audits

– This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance is required to start.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Final Secret Clearance required to start, ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) Clearance is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and/or experience/combined education or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with stakeholder operational task coordination in laboratory, sustainment, or manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in supporting and resolving government audits, such as Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) audits, as well as internal company compliance audits, with a focus on ensuring regulatory adherence and mitigating audit findings
  • Proven experience in applying and enforcing work location policies, procedures, and compliance requirements with a strong focus on identifying and implementing corrective actions
  • Experience with lab documentation, record- keeping, and operational protocols
  • Experience with calibrated equipment and property management
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in electronic fabrication environments including cable and harness, Surface-Mount technology board manufacturing, or maintenance of military design products
  • Solder certification to
J-STD-001, IPC-7711/IPC-7721
  • Experience with data base tracking systems including the service request system
  • Experience interfacing with engineers to ensure work area and products meet requirements
Security Clearance Statement:

Work Schedules:
