Provided recommendation to business units and researched and implemented new modeling methodologies reducing insurance cost Communicated Statistical modeling results to investors, developers, business managers & insurers through the use of GIS maps, and written reports, and presentations Reviewed various types of contracts and worked with legal counsel & insurance brokers to understand contract terms, ensure contract compliance; procuring new insurance policies or amending existing policies where needed Researched risked based premium allocation methods & developed a automated excel allocation algorithm to manage annual premium across more than $100,000,000 worth of assets.
