The Senior Compliance Analyst will be responsible for executing compliance routines, review and challenge of business line processes and initiatives, support for regulatory examination requests and oversight of state licensing practices to ensure that day-to-day business operations are conducted in compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform compliance risk assessments to evaluate regulatory risks within the operation and report findings and recommended actions Investigate process breakdowns within the business to determine potential compliance risk and assign formal issues to be remediated by the business line and tracked by compliance
Collaborate with cross functional teams to review new products and initiatives from a compliance perspective and advise on potential risks and recommendations
Provide oversight of state licensing requirements, obtain new licenses when needed, modify officer alignments and entities, and engage with data analytics and accounting teams for required quarterly and annual reporting
Provide support for requests made in conjunction with internal and external audits and regulatory exams
Collaborate with Capital Markets team to identify and substitute contracts from financing as applicable Partner with Legal team on compliance and legal related requirements, including updates to contract documents and agreements, production requests for subpoenas and CIDs, and other work as required.
Maintain trackers for oversight of sales and deal processing practices, including deals cancelled, capex, installers/sales orgs, reasons for issues and provide trend analysis
Assist Compliance Manager with requests for information for audits, state exams and federal exams. Preferred Skills/Qualifications Consumer compliance and/or residential solar experience preferred
High-level of written and verbal communication Ability to support multiple assignments and stakeholders, self-prioritize workload, coordinate with teammates, and ensure that deadlines are met
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex challenges and develop effective solutions
Comfortable working in an evolving and dynamic environment

Compliance Analyst. This position will assist in planning, developing, and implementing a comprehensive security program. Individuals will support the compliance efforts to applicable federal and state laws, and regulations including but not limited to the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), Federal energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and the applicable regional entities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Performs data collection activities to maintain corporate compliance with mandated cyber security regulations, particularly cyber security regulations associated with NERC
Reviews the implementation, documentation, testing, and monitoring of security solutions and associated security compliance regulations
Develops, reviews, and updates appropriate policies, procedures, and standards to maintain corporate compliance with mandated cyber security regulations associated with NERC
Develops processes to identify, quantify, analyze, and report

Participates in internal auditing activities performed for

compliance verification and develop a system of associated metrics for periodic reporting
Provides assistance to appropriate business units and stakeholders as it relates to

Assists with training, including training material development and deployment to ensure that compliance becomes a sustainable business practice
Gathers and prepares documentation to support audits, self-assessments, data requests, etc.
Imparts guidance and direction to personnel and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and standardization of all work products
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
