We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Third PartyCompliance Officer to join our Enterprise-Wide Functions Complianceteam. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA -Hybrid. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Serve as a Compliance Officer with responsibility for oversight ofregulatory compliance with BNY’s Third-Party Framework inconjunction with the Enterprise Sourcing Office, includingmonitoring for new and changing regulatory guidance and advisingthe first line to implement necessary changes Oversee Third Partyconflicts of interest process, regulatory compliance key riskindicators, and United States Bank Service Company Act regulatorynotifications Collaborate with legal entity management and legalentity compliance officers around the world to provide training,expertise, advice and challenge. Serve as subject matter expert forapplication of Third-Party Framework policy including vendor,alternate control and inter-affiliate frameworks Prepare reportsand presentations for governance meetings, regulator requests,interfacing with senior management and regulators. Desire to learnabout artificial intelligence, in particular around third parties.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (10-12 year oftotal work experience preferred) Detailed knowledge of third-partyand outsourcing regulatory landscape, including the ability toanalyze complex legislation Ability to work independently anddeliver responsibilities on time Build strong relationships anddrive change across multiple stakeholders Aptitude to assesseffectiveness of complex controls that help ensure ongoingcompliance with key laws, regulations and policies At BNY, ourculture speaks for itself.
