Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our organization operates within a regulatory framework tht meets State, Federal, local an agency rules and regulations, professional standards, and accepted business practices.

Duties:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance levels
• Investigate any compliance issues and implement corrective actions
• Provide training to new employees in health and safety practices, emergency procedures, identifying and reporting critical incidentes, reducing physical risk, and workplace violence
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required
• Serves as lead safety officer for the Agency and safety officer for the

Pineland Administrative Office Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, Bank Secrecy Act, and other relevant regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with GAAP, SOX, and financial concepts
• Experience in financial auditing and regulatory reporting
• Proficiency in financial software systems
• Previous experience in a compliance role is preferred Pineland is an EEO agency
