Analytics Full Job Description Summary:
The Compliance Coordinator position is a major asset to the agency’s success with full compliance with governing bodies such funders, accreditation, etc. The position also assists with the analysis of data for use by leadership and applicable committees with primary responsibilities to include running data queries, maintaining data integrity and security, and ensuring the evidence-based tools are used for outcomes measurement. The Compliance Coordinator is charged with the effective implementation of quality data reporting, collection, and entry in the corporate and programmatic settings. In addition, this position will serve as support to the Performance Improvement Committee, provide analysis of program performance, and assist with agency contract compliance through internal monitoring. The Compliance Coordinator is the lead for the Performance Improvement Committee sub-committee related to overall compliance, grievances, and incidents. This is a primarily remote position. This position requires onsite attendance when requested or required with advance notice when possible.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Compliance Support the efforts of programs and services to ensure they are contributing to CaringWorks’ mission through committee involvement and quality assurance report results. Conduct monthly, quarterly, or annual compliance checks for the agency’s various departments. Facilitate and co-facilitate training for staff and provide ongoing support and feedback. Receive, process, and provide monthly reports related to client incidents and grievances in collaboration with leadership. Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to leadership and various committees. Assist the agency’s lead contact for all CARF accreditation surveys. Performance Assist with grants management and grant program support for requesting grants, contract compliance, or other related activities associated with new and current programs/ fund development projects. Assists in program contract renewals, technical submissions, annual progress reports, and strategic longitudinal evaluation plans. Monitor and assist with accurate data entry into all funder-required databases, including but not limited to HMIS/ClientTrack (HUD), SPARS (SAMHSA),
Carelon:
ProviderConnect (DBHDD), and Carelogic . Assists with data collection and analysis to facilitate program evaluation processes. Compiles data from the various software systems as well as data obtained from monthly reports, quarterly reports, and other reports. Design and implement analysis plans to inform program oversight and enhance all programs using data best practices across the agency. Primarily responsible for all aspects and maintenance of the agency dashboard. Work closely with program leadership, staff, and third parties to assist with the development of the agency’s performance indicators to ensure full compliance with contract outcomes. Create and coordinates client satisfaction surveys and focus groups annually. Participate and support the annual outcomes report and presentation. Assist with evaluation efforts across the agency when needed. Research and remain knowledgeable about best-practices in program evaluation standards. Facilitate and co-facilitate training for agency staff as needed at onboarding and annually. Design, modify, and offer ongoing recommendations for data-driven tracking and data collection instruments. Assist with a wide range of evaluations and analyses to assist in meeting established program goals and objectives; to improve program effectiveness; and ensure program compliance with applicable Federal and agency requirements. Prepares reports on evaluation results and makes recommendations to correct deficiencies and improve overall process that yield high levels of effectiveness and efficiency. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field or applied discipline from an accredited school (i.e. Data Informatics, Behavioral Sciences, Information Technology and Data Analysis, Public Health, etc.). At least two (2) years of experience in data analysis and performance evaluation preferred. At least two (2) years of experience in performance evaluation with positive outcomes from recommendations/suggestions is preferred. Experience working with homeless population(s) helpful. An understanding of deaf culture and demonstrate cultural competency and knowledge of the issues relevant to persons with hearing loss is preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Must possess strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, families, treatment team clients, and other personnel involved in the individual’s treatment. If applicable, must possess a valid GA state driver’s license and liability insurance minimums as outlined in Caring Works Liability insurance coverage. Able to work evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines when needed. Strong team/consensus building skills. Strong and timely documentation/ reporting skills. Must pass a GAPS (fingerprint) records check and a drug screen.
Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research, presentation, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage and organize projects. Efficiency in Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to work with grantors, funders and other collaborative agencies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Willingness to learn new things and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Efficiency in Google Docs/Google Drive. Ability to work with at-risk client populations (i.e., chronic illness, mental illness, substance abuse, etc.). Experience with ClientTrack/HMIS. Experience in quantitative and qualitative analytical methods. At least 1-3 years of experience in the provision of analytics for health/human services, non-profit organizations, and/or homeless programs.
