Compliance Specialist Position Available In DeKalb, Georgia

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in auto services or financial industries, who thrive in remote work environments and have a strong ability to handle sensitive information. The position requires dedication to maintaining compliance standards, accurate data entry, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with occasional weekend hours compensated with overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Manage confidential customer and compliance-related data with the utmost professionalism and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in all operational processes.
• Enter and update information within Loan Manager software and other financial recovery systems with precision.
• Log and track complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution as needed.
• Support compliance monitoring activities and assist in identifying potential risks.
• Collaborate with various teams to address compliance-related challenges effectively.
• Participate in daily virtual training sessions via Teams to stay informed and equipped for the role.
• Maintain availability to work standard hours Monday through Friday, with flexibility for 1-2 weekends a month.
• Utilize organizational tools to manage data analytics and compliance risk effectively.
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to compliance standards. Requirements
• Minimum of one year of experience in auto services or financial industries.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and complaint tracking processes.
• Proficiency in Loan Manager software and familiarity with financial recovery platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other office applications.
• Availability to work occasional weekend overtime when required.
