Government Compliance Responsibilities include ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of compliance with government regulations (DIBCAC, DFARS, CMMC) and regulatory agencies for the organization. Directs and performs evaluation of internal operations, controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to regulatory compliance and recommends appropriate changes. Conducts and facilitates internal and external audits and advises organization on appropriate actions to be taken. May serve as point of contact for interactions with regulatory agencies for defined matters. Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
