Job Summary:

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting, verifying, and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a high level of computer literacy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company’s data, which is essential for our operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data from various sources (e.g., forms, documents, spreadsheets) into designated databases and systems. Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and procedures. Organize and file documents, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval. Assist with data cleanup projects and ensure data consistency across platforms. Generate reports and summaries as needed. Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve data-related issues. Adhere to established data entry procedures and guidelines. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role. Extreme attention to detail is a must. Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with data management systems and software preferred. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
