Business Licensing Specialist Regulatory Counsel Group, Inc. Alpharetta, GA 30009 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Licensing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the licensing processes within the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a strong understanding of financial software to assist in tracking and reporting licensing data effectively. Responsibilities Review and process licensing applications in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting licensing requirements. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary documentation for licensing submissions. Monitor renewal dates and ensure timely submission of renewal applications to maintain compliance. Prepare reports on licensing status and provide updates to management as needed. Assist in training staff on licensing procedures and best practices. Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders regarding licensing matters.
