Job Description

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst in Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, your role will involve researching, assessing, and ensuring adherence to all relevant Federal, State, and local regulations/laws. This role is crucial to our organization’s compliance and involves continuous monitoring of standards, regulations, and laws, as well as compliance or regulatory tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and monitor applicable Federal, State, and local regulations/laws to facilitate organizational compliance
  • Continually assess regulations, laws, contractual agreements, and mandates to ensure compliance with enterprise standards
  • Develop and/or deliver communications concerning new standards or rules
  • Prepare, execute, and submit various insurance-related product and/or licensing filings for regulatory approval
  • Perform assessments and other compliance or regulatory tasks
  • Use Microsoft Office Suites, including Word and Outlook, along with other database and monitoring tools, to perform tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the effective execution of compliance tasks
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet compliance deadlines
  • Use legal research and research analysis skills to stay updated on regulations and laws
  • Maintain accurate records and administer contracts as per regulatory compliance requirements. Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey compliance standards and regulations
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of compliance in the insurance sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word and Outlook
  • Experience in database management and monitoring tools
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to conduct thorough research analysis and legal research
  • Understanding of law and regulations related to the insurance industry
  • Exceptional prioritization and interpersonal skills for efficient job performance
  • Experience with licensing and cost analysis
  • Knowledge of equity capital, salary structures, and wages in the healthcare sector
  • Proven experience in contract administration
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance is a must
  • Experience with SharePoint Administration
  • Skill in vulnerability analysis to identify potential compliance risks.
