Reporting and Compliance Analyst – Entry-level Administration The Reporting and Compliance Analyst will perform a variety of daily functions in admistration and human resources at IST Management. Compensation:
$15.00-17.00/hr pending relevant experience in HR + benefits Benefits Include Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401K, Paid Time Off, 7 paid holidays, Pet Insurance, Bonus Incentives, company events Location IST Management 1341 Moreland Ave Atlanta, GA 30316 On-site parking is free and secured. Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM flexibility in daily work schedules may be necessary due to departmental workload requirements and responsibilities. •Position will be fully on-site at IST’s Corporate HQ during 3 month training period, once trained position will transition to Hybrid role (WFH 2 days/week)•
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance and reporting issues and concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance Perform scanning duties as needed, handling confidential documents and files with sensitivity Back-up Reception as needed for lunch/breaks Ensure eligibility verification for new hire processing, process employment documents Handle employment-related inquiries from employees via phone and email, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; integrity Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; professionalism Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Legal authorization to work for any employer in the US is required.
