Review and respond to risk alerts through credit union approved software. Conduct quality control reviews of associate activity compared to current policy. Conduct annual risk assessments to ensure credit union is compliant with internal policies and procedures and regulatory compliance standards. Assist with gathering documentation for regulatory and CPA audits. Perform routine BSA/AML, Patriot Act, and OFAC duties utilizing credit union approved software. Responsible for filing Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) reports. Develop and revise policies and procedures that are clear and concise. Research, track and assist with implementation of regulatory changes to ensure credit union remains compliant with local, state and federal guidelines, as well as industry standards. Perform marketing reviews of the website and other electronic and written materials. Perform periodic reviews of plastic card strategy and partner with vendor to modify when needed to mitigate plastic card risk to the credit union. Perform dormant filing, subpoena and levy processing, and other assigned risk and compliance duties. Must be willing to travel to conferences to maintain compliance knowledge and best practices. Knowledge of UDAAP, Fair Lending, Fair Credit Reporting Act, NACHA Rules, Privacy, a plus.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities High School diploma:

some college preferred Two to Five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Valid driver’s license Excellent grammar and communication skills; Strong written and verbal skills Work well with others at all levels, team player Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with CDC FCU’s dress code Strong organizational skills; detailoriented and a selfstarter Computer literate; able to learn and adapt to new technologies; strong in Microsoft Office Suite Bondable and have no felony convictions.
