This role supports the Intermountain Health Compliance Program through effective analysis and use of Compliance data, including investigations and reports of suspected noncompliance. This role oversees the management and development of the Compliance report database. It also develops and maintains Compliance KPIs, dashboards, and the dynamic risk assessment process. Essential Functions + Analysis of Compliance report data + Evaluation of regulatory and compliance risks using qualitative and quantitative data + Collaboration with Compliance staff to create and manage needed reports and dashboards + Develop and maintain processes to share Compliance data at multiple levels of the organization + Technical support of the Conflict of Interest database Skills + Data Management + Data Analysis + Data Visualization + Communication +

Risk Assessment Physical Requirements:

Qualifications Required + Database / tracking experience: Experience in working with databases or software systems that track incidents, cases, etc. Experience in either helping to develop databases or reporting systems, or working with developers to improve the systems. + Data evaluation: Ability to evaluate complex data and provide high-quality reports, dashboards, and tools for leadership and stakeholders. + Data management: Experience in data migration and validation. + Proficiency in

Data Visualization Tools:

Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI to create intuitive and impactful visualizations for leadership and stakeholders. + Understanding of relational data: An understanding of relational databases, with the ability to understand how different data tables relate. +

Communication:

Demonstrated experience in a role requiring verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers + Experience with platforms from SAI Global, Navex, or Huron Conflict of Interest. Preferred + Experience in corporate compliance, particularly in healthcare compliance + Experience in a large, integrated health system + Three (3) years of experience in data analysis + Experience using compliance database and reporting solutions + Experience in continuous improvement Physical Requirements + Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs. + Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients
