JOB SUMMARY

The Quality & Compliance Lead supports daily quality checks and compliance processes within the Olive Branch Distribution Center. This entry-level role ensures inbound and outbound products meet company standards, assists with issue tracking, and helps maintain vendor and process compliance. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is ready to grow in the areas of warehouse operations, quality assurance, and process improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound & Outbound Compliance Support

  • Review incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with packaging standards.
  • Help enforce vendor guidelines and report compliance issues to leadership. Quality Checks & Documentation
  • Conduct basic product and process audits based on quality standards.
  • Assist in gathering and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy and defect rates.
  • Document nonconformances and support follow-up investigations. Customer Issue Support
  • Track issues through internal systems (e.g., Jira) and support timely resolution by collaborating with other teams.
  • Communicate findings clearly to team front line leaders or managers. Team & Process Support
  • Support training efforts by reinforcing SOPs and quality standards with warehouse staff.
  • Serve as a helpful resource to operations and compliance teams on the floor.
CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations role preferred
  • Exposure to quality, inventory, or shipping processes is a plus. Skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
  • Willingness to learn internal systems (e.g., Jira, ERP/WMS).
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
  • Fork Lift Certification required. Education

  • Associate degree or some college coursework in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred.
