Physician Assistant License Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Strategic Deployment Clinician is part of the Strategic Deployment & Engagement Team, working with the Regional Director of Clinical Operations & Engagement (RDCOE) and the Business Development Team to engage with new facilities. This role provides support for new growth, fills urgent care gaps, and supports clinicians across multiple regions. This position serves as the clinical catalyst in launching new partnerships and ensuring a smooth transition between care teams. •This position will require frequent travel to include overnight stays• Quali fications: Education, Licensure and Certifications, Related Work Experience Master’s degree in nursing or completion of Physician Assistant program from an accredited institution Current and valid NP or PA license Minimum of one year of experience in either Primary Care or Behavioral Health. Long-term care experience preferred. Other skills and knowledge necessary to perform this job. (e.g., basic accounting principles, computer skills and software, specific healthcare processes, interpersonal, communication, etc.) 1. Strong customer service skills, effective and clear communication skills 3. Utilization of EMR 2. Microsoft office computer skills 4. Ability to work independently; strong self- accountability, critical thinking skills Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities 1. Serve as the initial provider in newly contracted facilities to start patient care before permanent Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) are assigned. 2. Act as a clinical liaison between Business Development and Operations, ensuring seamless onboarding of patients and facility partners. 3. Help build trust with new facility staff through strong clinical performance and communication. 4. Provide short-term coverage for existing APPs during PTO, LOA, or staffing transitions. 5. Deliver compassionate, timely, and thorough care to long-term care residents in SNFs and ALFs. 6. Ensure that care quality and documentation meet Eventus standards and facility expectations. 7. Help troubleshoot operational or clinical issues within facilities alongside Regional Clinical Directors. 8. Mentor and support new APPs through shadowing, orientation, and education. 9. Serve as a “clinical firefighter” during high-need scenarios to stabilize and support team success. 10. Other related duties as assigned. Compliance Requirements Adherence to

Training and Education:

Participate in all assigned training. Complete all assigned training by the deadline for completion.

Risk Management and Incident Reporting:

Engage in regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and work proactively with a supervisor and Eventus WholeHealth’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer to mitigate any identified risks. Promptly report any incidents (as defined in the “Incident Report Policy”) to the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
