• About this role:
• Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Trade Services Processor as a part of US Trade Services Standby Letter of Credit Team within Commercial Banking Operations Division. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
• In this role, you will:
• + Support Trade Services + Review payments, transactions, and amendments to improve work processes within established procedures + Ensure all mail, documents, and applications for letter of credit are processed in accordance with Bank policy and internal operating procedures + Organize all copies of outgoing messages and distribute them to the appropriate area + Receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions to more experienced roles + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals + Interact with internal customers •

Required Qualifications:

• + 6+ months of Trade Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Desired Qualifications:

• + Foundational Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills + Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information + Sound attention to detail and accuracy skills + Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills + Foundational analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy •

Job Expectations:
