About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Valuations Coordinator for the Real Estate Valuations/Appraisal team. This position is the first step in a rewarding career in financial services. Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) works to ensure all real estate valuations/appraisals are reliable. This includes interpreting appraisal regulations and communicating with regulators on pending and proposed regulations. In this role, you will: Responsible for pipeline management, line of business engagement, and service provider engagement for both default servicing and origination valuations. Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing Identify, measure and assess, control, monitor, and report on risk within their job duties, role, business activities, and in alignment with
Wells Fargo’s Expectations Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Prior experience/familiarity with Collateral Management System (CMS) and REVS Basic Microsoft Office skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Collections or default experience Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Solid decision-making skills
