The RoleChief Compliance OfficerWe are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Chief Compliance Officer to join ourdynamic team. The Chief Compliance Officer will play a criticalrole in ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevantlaws, regulations, and industry standards while maintaining aculture of integrity and ethical behavior.
How you’ll make animpact Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliancepolicies, procedures, and controls to mitigate regulatory andoperational risks. Conduct regular compliance monitoring and testing activities toassess the effectiveness of existing controls and identify areasfor improvement. Prepare and submit timely regulatory reports and filings asrequired by applicable regulatory authorities. Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educateemployees on relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries,examinations, and audits. Oversee the investigation and resolution of complianceincidents, breaches, and complaints in a timely and effectivemanner.
Requirements 7+ years of Compliance experience Strong skills in Compliance Management and RegulatoryCompliance Strong knowledge and experience with SEC regulation andlaws In-depth understanding of BSA, OFAC, KYC, EDD, and monitoringrequirements Experience in working with outside legal counsel and handlinglegal matters Must love dogs
