- Financial Crimes Compliance oversees planning for enterprise compliance programs in order to ensure organization functions are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies in accordance with the BSA and

Act. As a recognized preeminent expert in Compliance, this job develops and implements new processes, standards or operational plans that improve the identification, investigation, and reporting of AML and Sanctions compliance risks. Key Responsibilities and Duties Provides oversight of the AML compliance program as well as the development, implementation and revision of policies and procedures as needed; provides guidance and BSA industry expertise to 1st line stakeholders. Advises management on compliance programs, policies and procedures. Oversees compliance risk assessments to identify compliance issues, concerns and deficiencies. Guides the development and implementation of corrective action plans, ensures the correction of compliance deficiencies and provides guidance to management team on how to avoid or handle similar situations in the future. Develops and implements preventative measures and compliance processes, identifies opportunities to improve the communication, monitoring, and/or enforcement of the AML compliance program, and recommends relevant revisions or policies and procedures to enhance the BSA/AML Program. Performs new product AML risk assessments, assesses new vendors and systems for AML risks, communicates results of compliance initiatives and regulatory changes to the business unit to ensure compliance, communicates key takeaways and opportunities for improvement. Manages project milestones and coordinates readiness efforts ahead of significant changes (M&A, new product/service offerings) to align with bank growth initiatives and ensure that AML risk is mitigated appropriately. Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 5+ Years Required; 7+
